I was born in Knjaževac, Serbia, former Yugoslavia in 1953.

My first drawings that I remember were of Disney Characters Mickey, Goofy and Pluto I had drawn using colored pencils.
My later works were mostly related to landscape using watercolors.
Instead of pursuing a formal education in art, I chose electronics but I remained faithful to images in broad sense.
I moved to Canada with my wife and two sons in 2002.
In my new country, I found an old love. Dutch and Flemish Old Master Paintings fascinated me.
Now I paint still life using Classical Old Masters Technique.

I participated in various group exhibitions.  

I paint for pleasure and I want my paintings to give people moments of pleasure, reflection and memories.
